Terms and Conditions

Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by PayPal only at present. Goods paid for through PayPal will be dispatched with 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery
At present we deliver within the UK, Ireland and USA.  We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Most goods are delivered first class but some may be sent second class or by recorded delivery and will require the signature of an adult. Once delivered and signed for, Dragon Equine cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or damage.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the 'Add to Basket' button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button 'Order Now', we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation
Returns authorisation must be obtained before goods are returned for any reason whatsoever to identify a genuine fault before a refund will be given. All products returned under complaint must be clean and dry (Health & Safety Act). A copy of the sales invoice must be included. We will replace any defective item with an identical one whenever possible. If the item you bought is obsolete or non-replaceable you will be offered an exchange option or a refund. In order to keep costs down for all customers we will not refund postage costs unless the products are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly. Where possible, the original packaging should be used, small items must be securely packed. Dragon Equine is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for returned goods damaged due to improper packing on return. A refund or credit note will only be given in exchange for faulty goods.
